Tucked between North Park and Hillcrest, University Heights offers plenty of charm in a small, cozy neighborhood. University Heights centers on Park Boulevard and Adams Avenue and is home to a growing community of bars, eateries, and specialty shops.

University Heights is a relatively small area. Some data suggest that the neighborhood offers a population of just over 12,000 residents. The neighborhood is mainly home to recent graduates and young families. The name comes from its initial plans to build a university in the area. In terms of homes, University Heights offers a mix of craftsman-style bungalows, but you can easily find a variety of housing options, including apartments, condos, cottages, and million-dollar mansions.
